Mushroom & Onion Goat Cheese TartsFlaky puff pastry topped with creamy goat cheese, caramelized onions, and local gourmet mushrooms from Wild Fruitings. Paired with Rustic Romance, Frontenac/Marquette.
Spring Green SaladCrisp spring greens with fresh berries and feta, tossed in a citrus lemon vinaigrette. Paired with Spring Peeper, Sauvignon Blanc.
